Shipping is handled through our trusted partners, and depending on your location, we select the courier that offers the fastest and most reliable service. We want your cookies to arrive safely, but please keep in mind that sometimes packages can get a little bumpy along the way. While breakage may happen during transit, rest assured that your cookies will still taste just as delicious! Please allow 2-3 days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products (freshly baked cookies), we do not accept returns. If your cookies arrive broken, unfortunately, this will not result in a refund unless they are completely broken into crumbs. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to offer a replacement on the broken cookies only.

Incorrect Orders:
If your order is incorrect, please reach out to us right away. We’ll make sure to send out the correct order as quickly as possible.
