Hi, I’m Sarah — the baker behind G 2 The F Cookies.

I work as an ICU nurse and I’m also a mum to two beautiful children. You’ll often find me in the kitchen testing cookie recipes. Life is busy, but baking has always been something that brings me joy — especially when my kids join me and we create yummy things together.

I was diagnosed with coeliac disease at 18, and from that moment I quickly realised how difficult it can be to find gluten-free treats that actually taste good.

So I started experimenting in my own kitchen — testing flours, tweaking recipes, and chasing that perfect bakery-style cookie. The kind with crisp edges, soft centres, and pools of melted chocolate.
After months of testing, G 2 The F Cookies was born.

My goal is simple: to create gluten-free cookies that don’t feel like gluten-free cookies. Just rich, gooey, bakery-style cookies made with quality ingredients, brown butter, and premium chocolate — the kind everyone reaches for, whether they’re gluten free or not.

Every batch is made fresh, in small quantities, right here in Melbourne.

Because no one should feel like they’re missing out on a really good cookie.
